Casa Rossella e Raffaele is a prestigious home located in a central area of the city.
The restoration project tried to re-establish a logical relationship between the rooms by creating a better connection of the spaces in the living area, the upgrading of the small level terrace then granted an immediate opening to the outside.
Each room of the house was characterized by a predominant color of the walls, the relationship with the oak plank parquet is always broken by the white lacquer of the fixtures, doors and skirting board.
In the bathrooms it was decided to characterize the surfaces with full-height coverings.
Large slabs in the main bathroom, in a dark but reflective tone that integrate the full-height mirror.
The wood of the parquet also enters inexorably into the bathroom and gives character and makes the whole environment comfortable, on the other hand the second bathroom acts as a back to the double bed in the main bedroom.
In this case the micro mortar is olive green and completely finishes a small but bright space.
In both bathrooms the furniture is well integrated, white porcelain with soft but well-defined lines for the sanitary fixtures goes well with the bold and elegant taps made contemporary with the use of the polished chrome steel finish.
The rooms are all air-conditioned and ventilated through the use of controlled mechanical ventilation.
To complete the work, the introduction of antiques, the beautiful armchairs at the entrance, a desk and a trunk in the study combine well with the rest of the house.
The removal of the terrace surfaces at level allowed the revaluation of the terrace for the exclusive use of the living area.
